This role involves analyzing Production Execution transactions on the shop floor, ensuring timely closure of process orders, and acting as a liaison between operators and supervisors to identify and improve operational efficiencies. The coordinator will review open process orders, manage goods issue and receipt documentation, rectify entry errors, and ensure correct backflushing of materials.
Review open process orders through SAP reports.,Ensure accurate system goods issue and documentation of ingredients and raw materials.,Ensure accurate system goods receipt and documentation of output materials.,Collaborate with stakeholders to trace and correct entry errors.,Ensure correct backflushing of packaging and non-batch managed materials through process orders.,Conduct post-processing of faulty goods movements (backflush errors) and communicate to logistics.,Close appropriate process orders once all movements are confirmed, corrected, and balanced.,Create cycle counts of materials as directed.,Assist with planning and scheduling daily plant operations for efficient use of personnel and equipment.,Recommend changes to manufacturing procedures to maintain product specifications, minimize waste, improve efficiencies, and reduce operating costs.,Verify products meet specifications and quality standards before shipment.,Review equipment, process checklists, and reports for accuracy and compliance, taking corrective action for deficiencies.,Maintain clean plant facilities, work areas, and equipment to conform with safety, quality, and sanitary standards.,Actively participate in the company safety program by enforcing compliance and addressing potential hazards.,Balance quality, productivity, cost, safety, and morale to achieve positive results.,Work effectively with plant Supervision, USDA, State, and other agency inspectors.
