Production Operator
Description
The Production Operator at Saputo in Waupun, WI, is responsible for safely and efficiently producing high-quality dairy products, primarily in the Shred department. This role involves adherence to safety protocols, quality inspections, teamwork, and proactive task completion, often requiring weekend work due to production demands.
What We're Looking For
Work safely using proper lifting techniques, identifying safety hazards, and looking out for the wellbeing of others.,Thorough inspection of quality food products, as well as potential quality risks.,Show initiative and cooperation with others to ensure efficient production runs.,Recognize opportunities and complete tasks to assist others without direction.,Responsible for meeting customer specifications related to packaging.
