Production Operator
Description
Join our dynamic team as a Production Operator! We are looking for a dedicated individual to contribute to our manufacturing process. This role involves operating machinery, monitoring production lines, and ensuring product quality in a fast-paced environment.
## Compensation Details
Starting at $20/hour, with potential for increase after probation.
What We're Looking For
Responsibilities:
- Operate production machinery safely and efficiently.
- Monitor production processes and make adjustments as needed.
- Perform quality checks on products throughout the production cycle.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies (HACCP, GMP).
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets.
Ideal Candidate
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is an asset.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Basic mechanical aptitude.
- Strong attention to detail.
