This role supports the Content Department in designing and creating animated visual content for various multimedia installations, both permanent and temporary. The main responsibility is to coordinate the project team, ensuring smooth communication and efficient project execution from scheduling to archiving.
Coordinate and facilitate communication between the Director and the creative team (Art Director, Leads, Artists, CG Supervisor, Technical Director, Outside Studios, Content Producer) by organizing meetings, taking notes and managing information.,Manage and adhere to the production schedule established by the content producer for a given project.,Monitor the time banks allocated to production tasks and ensure efficient task completion.,Communicate to the Content Producer and Director any elements that may affect the schedule or budget.,Participate in the search for solutions in case of problems.,Responsible for the folder structure and file nomenclature, ensuring artists adhere to them.,Responsible for the delivery of approval files and final files.,Work with directors, designers, and technicians to ensure synergy between the environment, its content, and the technology used.,Ensure the archiving of projects in collaboration with the media archivist.,Plan and implement production processes for content creation.,Suggest technical solutions to keep processes simple and efficient.,Develop management processes to improve productivity.,Participate in the improvement of content project team coordination tools.,Participate in the development of internal procedures and processes.,Perform any other related responsibilities and/or tasks.
College degree in design, multimedia, performing arts, television or film production or related field.,2 to 4 years experience in audiovisual creation coordination (2D/3D animation, visual effects).,Mastery of MS Office software or similar.,Knowledge of Shotgun, Adobe After Effects, Photoshop and Premiere is an asset.,Knowledge of the 3D animation production process is an asset.,Experience in creating visuals integrated to multimedia environments is an asset.
