Bachelor's Degree in management or one of Moment Factory's activity domains (design, architecture, scenography, multimedia environments, themed entertainment).,Over 5 years of experience as a producer or in a management role within a creative environment of the entertainment, multimedia industry, or a related sector involving creative content and technology.,Advanced proficiency in spoken and written French and English.,Good knowledge of financial and legal project contexts: contracts, budgets, production costs, invoicing, tax credits, intellectual property, immigration laws.,Proficiency in MS Office Suite software (Word, Excel, Outlook, Keynote).,Good understanding of all stages of production and basic multimedia technology.,Understanding of design, 3D design, and editing software is an asset.,Knowledge and/or interest in AI.,Understanding of Moment Factory's business sectors and associated challenges.,Good marketing and negotiation skills.,Ability to anticipate international cultural trends and societal phenomena, and stay informed about industry activities.,Extensive general culture applicable to the company's clients' activity domains.,Up-to-date knowledge of competition and available products.,Demonstrated ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously, work under pressure, and as part of a team.
