Oversee the production of one or more specialized teams (strike teams) and be responsible for the complete delivery of features and content.,Collaborate with discipline leads to determine necessary resources (time and personnel); develop and maintain project plans, schedules, resource allocations, and roadmaps, considering inter-team dependencies to ensure successful deliveries.,Collaborate and align with game teams regarding their features and roadmaps, ensuring partner and point-of-contact management.,Ensure transparent communication with stakeholders on project status and risks, keeping them informed of potential impacts of upcoming releases.,Collaborate with multiple managers to understand and balance priorities, requirements, and critical timelines; lead discussions on scope and scenario planning.,Collaborate with producers and other development team disciplines, communicating frequently and proactively to highlight progress, risks, and mitigation measures.,Manage internal and external resources in relation to resource allocation, budget forecasts, and actual costs; improve and develop processes as needed by teams, initiatives, and products.

Experience with AAA games or game platforms, from concept to launch.,Prior experience in a production role involving managing cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects.,Ability to lead roadmap planning – by gathering feedback, clarifying needs, structuring initiatives, breaking down features, and estimating resources – to build a clear and achievable product vision.,Strong understanding of game development, software development, and project management practices.,Excellent project management and organizational skills.,Good understanding of flexible production processes that promote team efficiency without adding operational burden.,Ability to communicate effectively with different levels of stakeholders, within your team and across the company.,Passion for video games, with a particular interest in products related to online safety.
