Description

As a Product Owner for the Sales Acquisition Product Delivery team at CIBC, you will be responsible for defining the product vision, overseeing the delivery of product iterations for the Digital Sales Platform, and ensuring an exceptional client experience. This role focuses on optimizing the sales funnel, enhancing platform resiliency, and driving personalized client experiences through digital channels to increase sales and engagement. You will collaborate closely with technology teams and business partners.

What We're Looking For

Create and maintain a prioritized Product Backlog by working with business stakeholders, analytics, and client feedback.,Create user stories and collaborate on product requirements with business system analysts, design, editorial, project managers, and technical consultants.,Serve as the internal subject matter expert on the product, understanding architecture, designs, and business needs.,Manage release plans, monitor scope, schedule, budget, and ensure ROI on development efforts for each iteration.,Work closely with the development team to define, design, accept, adapt features, and evaluate after release.,Collaborate and develop strong relationships with peers and business partners.,Create and deliver executive-level presentations, communicating complex ideas persuasively.,3 to 5 years of work experience.,Proven experience in digital product management or sales acquisition, including successfully delivering integrations of sales acquisition technology.,Digitally savvy, embracing innovative solutions and emerging AI technologies.,Experience in data-driven decision making, using analytics and user research to prioritize backlog.,Strong critical thinking skills.,Driven by collective success, fostering collaboration and building trust.,Acts like an owner, taking initiative and delivering results.,Proactively seeks new solutions and makes forward-looking decisions.,Effective communication skills to foster buy-in with stakeholders.,Lives CIBC values: trust, teamwork, and accountability.

Ideal Candidate

3 to 5 years of work experience in digital product management or sales acquisition.,Proven experience in delivering integrations of sales acquisition technology.,Experience in data-driven decision making using business objectives, analytics, and user research.
