6+ years of Product Management experience in live operation consumer-facing products.,Proven success shipping or optimizing PC or cross-platform (PC/console/mobile) games.,Familiarity with PC performance requirements, player expectations, and platform capabilities.,Highly skilled at translating business needs into technical solutions.,Demonstrated ability to contribute in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.,A passion for games and a deep understanding of growth, retention, and monetization principles and mechanics that create value for players.
