Drive end-to-end delivery across multiple digital domains (notifications, digital document delivery, customer engagement and sales across digital servicing channels such as mobile).,Work closely with partners and stakeholders to ensure technical solutions meet technical direction, requirements, budget, scalability, and architectural goals.,Leverage deep technology expertise to support the creation and delivery of end-to-end technical solutions and help drive business outcomes.,Participate in business planning discussions and define the technology delivery approach, leveraging synergies across teams and applications.,Act as lead expert to ensure compliance with enterprise and segment standards.,Participate fully as a member of the team, supporting a positive work environment.,Provide thought leadership and/or industry knowledge for quality engineering best practices and participate in knowledge transfer.,Keep current on emerging trends/developments and grow knowledge of the business, related tools and techniques.,Lead, motivate, and develop relationships with internal and external business partners/stakeholders.,Lead the development of technical solutions that adhere to enterprise architectural and technology delivery principles.,Provide deep technical leadership and development experience in end-to-end execution of product team solutions.,Collaborate with the team and leadership to proactively identify and resolve issues related to product quality.,Operate as a Product Group Technology Lead, setting the North Star, translating strategy into a sequenced roadmap, and guiding squads/pods to outcomes.
