What We're Looking For

Lead technical solutions at the Product Group level.,Provide deep technical leadership and development experience in end-to-end execution of product team solutions.,Partner with business, project management, and technology groups to communicate technology decisions and drive business results.,Ensure solutions meet technical direction, requirements, budget, scalability, and architectural goals.,Participate in business planning and define technology delivery approaches.,Act as a lead expert for compliance with enterprise and segment standards.,Monitor and manage incident escalation.,Identify and implement opportunities to minimize costs and deploy innovative solutions.,Collaborate on software quality assurance reviews.,Drive and execute on target state and roadmap-based investments.,Manage resource requirements and assignments, ensuring project milestones are met within budget and schedule.,Maintain knowledge of external development, technology, and emerging solutions.,Proactively identify innovative solutions for robust platform domains.,Interact with governance and control groups on technology-related risk issues.,Protect organizational interests by identifying and managing risks.,Contribute to team development through mentorship and knowledge sharing.,Lead, motivate, and develop relationships with internal and external partners.

Ideal Candidate

Undergraduate degree or Technical Certificate.,Graduate degree preferred.,10+ years of development and technology delivery experience.,Agile Delivery Experience preferred.,Demonstrated Expertise in Azure Cloud Architecture & Infrastructure with hands-on experience designing and scaling distributed data platforms using Azure-native services.,Strong Databricks engineering proficiency, including Delta Lake optimization, Unity Catalog integration, workflow orchestration, and buildout of reliable and scalable metadata pipelines within Lakehouse environments.,Demonstrated Knowledge of metadata management and automation, including classification, lineage, enrichment, access governance, operational monitoring, and immutable logging.,Ability to design AI/ML‑ready data ecosystems, demonstrating the ability to design metadata structures, quality scoring, lineage capture, and semantic layers.,Strong alignment to data governance, privacy, and risk frameworks.,Experience in event-driven architectures leveraging system telemetry, policy triggers, and lineage-aware orchestration.,Proficiency integrating metadata platforms with enterprise data catalogs, workflow engines, identity services, and policy-as-code frameworks.,Demonstrated engineering leadership and people management, with the ability to lead cross-disciplinary teams.,Demonstrated skills in building operational intelligence and enterprise observability, such as dashboards and telemetry for metadata completeness, exposure, control coverage, and provisioning SLAs.,Exceptional stakeholder communication and partnership abilities.

Minimum Education

Undergraduate degree or Technical Certificate; Graduate degree preferred.
