Moment Factory is seeking a Producer for its Customs Experience team, focusing on large-scale cultural, educational, and thematic multimedia projects. This role involves developing business strategies, identifying commercial opportunities for permanent and semi-permanent installations, themed attractions, and cultural destinations. The Producer is responsible for defining and establishing the overall project strategy, from conception to final operation. Key responsibilities include managing client relationships, ensuring effective communication with the production team, and delivering projects on time and within budget. The role also requires risk management, providing recommendations, and collaborating with diverse clients (museums, science centers, theme parks) and stakeholders (architects, engineers, designers). The Producer is expected to develop and maintain business relationships, network within relevant industries, assess project feasibility and profitability, and prepare proposals.
What We're Looking For
Develop business strategies and convert commercial opportunities into tangible projects.,Define and establish the overall project strategy, including planning, organizing, and supervising all stages.,Represent the project and manage client relationships, ensuring efficient communication with the production team.,Ensure on-time and on-budget delivery of all project aspects according to predetermined criteria.,Manage project risks and provide clear recommendations to teams.,Collaborate with diverse clients (museums, science centers, theme parks, historical sites) and stakeholders (architects, engineers, designers).,Develop and maintain business relationships with current and potential clients.,Develop and maintain a professional network within prescribed industries (e.g., theme parks, museums, educational centers).,Actively participate in professional events within targeted industries.,Validate the feasibility and profitability of potential projects based on client needs and technical information.,Prepare service proposals and presentations for clients.,Demonstrate remarkable leadership and interpersonal skills.,Exhibit strong communication abilities and act as a positive influencer.,Possess at least 5 years of senior-level experience.
Ideal Candidate
Bachelor's degree in Management or a Moment Factory field of activity (e.g., Design, Architecture, Set Design, Multimedia Environment, Themed Entertainment).,Over 5 years of experience in a management role within a creative entertainment industry environment, specifically with permanent/semi-permanent multimedia installations, themed attractions, cultural destinations, large-scale immersive environments, or related fields involving creative content and technology.,Prior experience delivering projects in the Gulf region.
