Description

The Process Analyst at CIBC, within the US Technology, Infrastructure & Innovation (TI&I) group, is responsible for identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance client experience and profitability. This role involves assessing current processes, documenting detailed process maps, collaborating with stakeholders, defining project requirements, and utilizing various tools for data analysis and presentation to build a future-ready bank.

What We're Looking For

Assess current CIBC processes and make recommendations to reduce costs and error rates, improve client experience, and decrease cycle time.,Document detailed current state maps, conduct process analysis, and design future state process and client journey flows using Microsoft Visio and other process mapping tools.,Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions.,Define project requirements and prepare project summary reports (e.g., post-implementation reviews and data gathering from operations center visits).,Use Microsoft Office Suite to draft and present recommendations, plans, and results to management.,Apply AI concepts to improve processes and personal productivity.,Perform data collection activities and time studies, incorporating statistical analysis techniques.,Conduct data analysis utilizing tools such as Python, VBA, Power Query, and Power BI.
