The Private Client Service Associate II will provide administrative support for wealth management, assisting clients and their advisors with money transfers and general account maintenance. This role involves independent work, coordination with various bank departments, ensuring compliance with financial policies like AML/ATF and CIP, and maintaining accurate client data. Responsibilities also include managing inquiries, supporting account administration and retention, and identifying process improvements.
Perform administrative tasks for wealth management areas. Assist clients with money movement and general account maintenance. Work independently with minimal supervision. Utilize platforms and systems for deposits, loans, investments, and trusts for High Net Worth clients. Coordinate with bank departments to resolve client issues and answer questions. Efficiently execute money movement requests in compliance with policies and procedures. Possess excellent understanding and use of bank systems for overdraft checks and wealth management product maintenance. Responsible for understanding and adhering to TD Wealth AML/ATF Policies and Procedures. Implement TD's Customer Identification Program (CIP). Perform duties related to account administration, retention, and specialized services. Manage and promptly respond to all inquiries/requests for information. Maintain various databases and computer systems, ensuring data accuracy. Coordinate information flow among internal departments, clients, and others. Coordinate with more experienced staff to resolve complex client issues. Guide and direct others, acting as a specialist resource for money movement and administrative assistance. Complete assigned administrative/client service tasks within policy and operating procedures. Identify and recommend technological/process improvements. Assist with teaching other colleagues.
Associates degree and/or 2+ years of relevant work experience. Strong attention to detail. Organizational skills. Excellent customer service skills. PC skills, including spreadsheet and database experience. Outstanding Customer service skills via phone. Ability to deal with back office in a positive, supportive manner. Ability to always deliver superior service in a fast-paced and changing environment.

Position falls within the definition of Loan Originator under Regulation Z of the Truth in Lending Act and Mortgage Loan Originator under the SAFE Act. Must be eligible for employment with a covered financial institution under Regulation Z. Must be eligible for registration as a registered mortgage loan originator with the NMLS (Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry). Satisfactory results on a criminal background check and a credit report check are required. Statements/certification from job applicant regarding administrative, civil, and/or criminal findings by any government agency/authority are required.
