This role involves assisting an Investment Counsellor and the team in providing daily portfolio maintenance and administrative support to RBC PH&N Investment Counsel high net worth clients, aiming to deliver superior client service.
Key responsibilities include identifying and resolving client inquiries and administrative errors, supporting administrative tasks, ensuring accurate and timely trade processing, managing account openings and documentation, maintaining client records, attending client meetings, proactively assisting with client appointments, adhering to RBC Policies & Procedures, and collaborating with other team members.
Must have a University Degree, CSC designation, a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar investment industry role, and advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint). Current enrollment in CFA is considered an asset.
