The Private Client Advice (PCA) Account Manager role at TD Insurance focuses on providing a bespoke insurance experience for high-net-worth clients. This involves conducting in-depth discovery of client assets and financial goals to create tailored insurance plans, identifying referral opportunities with partners, and ensuring clients with investment needs are onboarded to Investment Management. The role emphasizes maintaining up-to-date knowledge of policies, representing TD professionally, and contributing to a positive team environment while delivering a legendary client experience.

What We're Looking For

Conduct in-depth discovery of client assets, financial goals, and risk tolerance to create comprehensive insurance plans with tailored HNW strategies.,Identify referral opportunities and coordinate with Partners/Advisors to execute integrated plans aimed at consolidating assets.,Work collaboratively with TDI underwriters, claims advisors, and HNW inspectors for insurance solutions.,Focus on onboarding clients with investment needs to Investment Management (PIC/PIA).,Proactively work with direct Manager to develop improved client experience, operational and Practice Management practices, and personal development.,Maintain up-to-date knowledge of TDI policies and procedures, industry trends, and ensure continuous compliance.,Represent TDI and TDBG to the general public in a professional manner.,Meet face-to-face with customers to understand their needs and desires, collaborating with the HNW team to provide the best underwriting experience.,Participate fully as a member of the team and support a positive work environment.,Possess tiered binding authority of $9,999,999MM.,5+ years Personal Lines experience, with preference to those servicing high net worth clients.,Provincially licensed (active and in good standing) required – minimum 1 year.,Willing to get licensed in other provinces and/or territories.

5+ years Personal Lines experience, with preference to those servicing high net worth clients.,Provincially licensed (active and in good standing) required – minimum 1 year.,Robust and varied background in Insurance.,Strong Insurance knowledge across all asset classes.
