Private Banking Client Service Associate

Description

The Private Banking Client Service Associate supports the Senior Private Banker in delivering exceptional service to High Net Worth (HNW) clients within TD Wealth Private Wealth Management. This role involves administrative support, assisting with client onboarding, resolving inquiries, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring compliance with banking regulations to provide a legendary client experience.

What We're Looking For

Provide exceptional client service at every customer interaction,

Assist in client onboarding and recommending retail solutions,

Be alert for opportunities to expand existing client and prospect relationships,

Produce reports and compose correspondence as required,

Ensure satisfactory resolution of client inquiries and take ownership of coordinating responses with other Partners as necessary,

Consistently exercise discretion in managing correspondence, information and all matters of confidentiality; escalate issues where appropriate,

Identify, suggest and actively participate in process improvement opportunities,

Ensure necessary due diligence to support the accuracy of all customer transactions / activities,

Assume responsibility to minimize operational and regulatory risk by complying with Bank and industry Code of Conduct,

3 years relevant experience,

Demonstrated experience in Private Banking or experience in dealing with affluent clients is required,

Thorough knowledge of Retail Banking products, systems, and services,

Knowledge & understanding of commercial and retail credit principles,

Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) or Investment Funds in Canada (IFIC), or willingness to do so within 1 year

Ideal Candidate
