Private Banking Client Care Advisor

Description

The Client Care Advisor at RBC's Vancouver Private Banking Office is responsible for creating a tailored welcome experience, handling in-person, email, and phone service requests, identifying client needs, and championing digital education to enable client engagement. This role focuses on delivering a high-level of service and support, ensuring transaction excellence, and proactively spotting opportunities to enhance the client experience.

What We're Looking For

This role requires providing a tailored client experience to Private Banking clients for all incoming servicing requests across various channels. Key responsibilities include applying professional hospitality standards, managing conference room bookings, maintaining marketing materials, overseeing Private Banking Centre traffic, and resolving client concerns promptly and accurately. Candidates must possess a minimum of 1-2 years of banking experience, strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, proven client service skills, and excellent organizational abilities.

Ideal Candidate

Post-secondary education in Commerce or Business Administration is considered a nice-to-have.
