The Principal Product Manager will be responsible for creating value for clients and developing growth-driving solutions within a complex ecosystem. This role involves designing, evolving, and scaling solutions to maximize customer value and accelerate cross-selling. The manager will act as an orchestrator of value, aligning strategic vision with technological capabilities and business outcomes, collaborating with various internal teams. Define and lead the product vision for the Growth Hub, aligning with growth objectives, commercial performance, and global offerings, translating strategic ambitions into concrete, measurable, and scalable products and capabilities.,Drive business value and product lifecycle, ensuring delivered solutions effectively support growth, conversion, and retention, while respecting client experience and advisor relationships.,Prioritize initiatives, segments, and target populations based on business value, feasibility, technological capabilities, and organizational capacity.,Be responsible for the program backlog, including its structuring, prioritization, and preparation, and support Program Increment (PI) planning by ensuring a clear and ready backlog for teams.,Present and defend the vision, roadmap, and business value during PI planning and key instances, and approve PI objectives.,Ensure overall governance and steering of the Growth Hub, including consolidated reporting (KPIs, benefits, risks, dependencies) and preparation of executive summaries for governance forums.,Act as a central contact point and catalyst for transversal collaboration, working closely with data, marketing, platforms, operations, transformation, and business line teams, and supporting strategic decision-making.,Ensure financial management, deployment, and scaling of solutions, including budget monitoring, sound investment management, deployment preparation, change adoption, and sustainability of solutions in production.
Ability to translate growth strategy into concrete, measurable, and actionable priorities, with excellent understanding of client value, cross-selling, conversion, retention, and global offering challenges.,Systemic vision and business judgment to effectively arbitrate between business value, risks, effort, and organizational capacity in complex, transversal environments.,Strong influencing leadership and collaborative approach, mobilizing various stakeholders (business lines, marketing, data, technology, operations) without hierarchical authority, in contexts of rapid transformation.,Analytical ease and rigor in performance management, including reading indicators, measuring business benefits, and supporting strategic decisions.,Relevant university degree (or equivalent experience).
