Craft meaningful goals for players to build their exposure, experience, and mastery of game mechanics in Fortnite. Spearhead innovation in engagement design, including systems, progression, and rewards, while fulfilling key engagement metrics and supporting systematic framework needs. Communicate and represent a vision for the player's experience to multiple teams. Collaborate with product management and marketing teams to ensure player satisfaction and game health, driving ecosystem growth and supporting key activations. Drive collaborative and iterative live design for quick prototyping, live changes, and iteration.

10+ years of experience shipping multiple titles as a game designer, specifically working on engagement content or goal-based progression systems in live-service multiplayer environments. Demonstrated talent for empathizing with players and a deep understanding of player motivations, forms of play, and the effects of goal setting on play. Strong interest in Battle Royale (BR) and the Fortnite Ecosystem, with an understanding of what makes them work. Ability to react quickly to changing project needs, drive decisions, and own that vision. Must be player-focused, passionate, solutions-focused, and innovative.
