The Senior Advisor, Digital Solutions Security, is responsible for defining the vision, structuring, and evolving the practice to ensure optimal integration of security requirements into business solutions. This role involves guiding digital solutions teams, influencing strategic directions, supporting risk management, and optimizing the security posture across all business projects.
Define standards, processes, and tools to ensure consistency and maturity of the security practice.,Functionally supervise digital solutions security advisors, promoting knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.,Prioritize initiatives and influence strategic decisions to maximize value and reduce risks.,Ensure governance and accountability of practice activities (metrics, tracking of derogations, vulnerabilities, initiative progress).,Act as a reference point for digital solutions teams and solution architects.,Advise on the integration of security requirements in projects and business solutions.,Perform risk analyses, design security architectures, and provide security opinions.,Evaluate vendor security posture, negotiate contractual clauses, and establish risk levels.,Collaborate with GRC teams and stakeholders to integrate risk management into business processes.,Strategic leadership and ability to structure a practice.,Influence and interdisciplinary collaboration.,Clear communication and solution orientation.,Accountability and long-term vision.
University degree in computer science, cybersecurity, or a related field.,Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in security, including three (3) in architecture or security consulting and three (3) in risk management.,Demonstrated experience in practice leadership or a reference role in a multidisciplinary context.,Security certifications (CISSP, CISM, or equivalent).,Experience in agile delivery and in the financial sector.,Knowledge of standards and regulations (ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR) and audit practices.,Proficiency in network security, systems, IAM, cloud computing, and AI concepts.,Ability to influence and collaborate with technical and business teams.
