The reference data management team is crucial in providing an enterprise repository for transactional, analytical, and reporting systems. This role is central to critical production chains, integrating data from various internal and external sources. The Senior Analyst will strategically contribute to the reliability, scalability, and modernization of data solutions, ensuring stable operational processes by working at the intersection of functional analysis, development, and operations.
Analyze business and technical needs related to reference and market data.,Evaluate data sources for repository construction, considering quality, consistency, and availability.,Collaborate with analysts, designers, architects, and stakeholders to ensure shared understanding of business rules and issues.,Develop, evolve, and maintain data components and flows.,Implement rules for data transformation, enrichment, and quality control.,Participate in supporting production chains, including incident analysis and resolution.,Produce and update technical documentation, operating procedures, and diagnostics.,Participate in agile team ceremonies (planning, reviews, retrospectives).,Propose improvements for process simplification, data quality enhancement, and operational efficiency optimization.
University degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.,Relevant experience in data solution analysis, design, and development in professional contexts.,Experience in complex and integrated data management environments (a significant asset).,Solid command of SQL development and at least one scripting or programming language used in data engineering.,Practical experience with modern data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, and/or MS SQL Server.,Good understanding of reference data concepts, including Master Data Management (MDM).,Experience with database environments, data integration solutions, and batch and event-driven processing.,Demonstrated sensitivity to data performance, quality, reliability, and security issues throughout the data lifecycle.
