Accountable for building, maintaining, and evolving the culture and community of Analyst Practitioners, this role oversees a team, focusing on hiring, retaining, coaching, and developing talent, as well as evolving the Practice's capabilities and advising practitioners on their work. This position involves executing practice strategies, managing performance metrics, identifying efficiency opportunities, and ensuring adherence to enterprise frameworks. The role also includes fostering an engaged culture, driving continuous learning, and managing employees in compliance with HR policies.
Execute on the Practice's strategy related to introducing tools, methodologies, and processes.
Identify and set targets, track/measure performance metrics (OKRs).
Identify and recommend opportunities to enhance productivity, effectiveness, and operational efficiencies.
Provide team leadership, training, coaching, development, succession, recruitment, and resource management.
Ensure ongoing performance feedback, assessments, and development plans for each Practitioner.
Engage team with Platform and Journey leads to ensure 2-way feedback of Practitioners occurs.
Accountable for hiring, growing, and retaining the best Practitioner talent.
Act as an expert or lead innovator and culture change agent for the Practice.
Build and lead an engaged culture of Practitioners.
Ensure adherence to Practice-related guidance, enterprise frameworks, and methodologies.
Support team in continuous enhancement of knowledge / expertise in Practice domain, staying knowledgeable on emerging trends, new technologies, best practices, and evolving regulatory requirements.
Ensure programs, policies, and practices meet business needs, and comply with internal and external requirements.
Ensure programs/initiatives are well-managed and administered; ensure prompt and thorough resolution of issues.
Monitor assigned functional area for productivity and efficiency, operating systems to continually improve delivery capability.
May develop and/or contribute to negotiations of third-party contracts/agreements.
Proactively identify key business opportunities, research and recommend enhancements / modifications, develop strategies to achieve recommendations, and work closely with the team to execute and implement.
Lead or contribute to Agile PODs, cross-functional / enterprise initiatives as an organizational or subject matter expert.
Manage intake and demand, coordinating resources as required.
Keep abreast of emerging issues, trends, and evolving regulatory requirements.
Minimize operational and regulatory risk by complying with Bank and industry Code of Conduct.
Identify and manage risks, and escalate non-standard, high-risk transactions / activities as necessary.

Contribute to the development of coaching strategies and CDPs for Practitioners.

University or Graduate / post graduate degree or equivalent practical experience
