PowerPoint Presentation Specialist

Design and execute high-impact visual presentations for internal and external clients using Microsoft PowerPoint, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator.,Create custom PowerPoint templates, leveraging advanced knowledge of slide masters and incorporating designs from Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.,Provide extensive formatting and project editing support in adherence to corporate branding policies.,Develop innovative graphic designs, illustrations, and layouts using various software to meet business goals.,Convert raw data into visual Excel charts.,Effectively prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, high-volume, deadline-driven environment with minimal supervision.,Ensure accuracy of information and correct execution of instructions.,Stay current with technology, design best practices, and trends.,Perform binding techniques (Cerlox Spines, Hole Punch, Saddle Stitch) and print large volumes of client-facing materials.,Liaise with internal teams to determine deadlines, job instructions, and design requirements.,Responsible for Printer and Production room maintenance.

Minimum 3-5 years' experience providing PowerPoint presentation support for financial services.,College diploma in design (asset).,Advanced knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator.,Experience creating custom client PowerPoint templates.,Ability to provide concept development, design, and execution through visual material illustration.,Acute attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy and quality.,Accomplished design skills suitable for a corporate environment.,Strong portfolio demonstrating success in creating visually engaging presentations.,Strong interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills (oral and written).,Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

College Diploma (Asset)

Must be able to occasionally lift 45 - 50 lbs (20 - 23 kg) boxes of paper.
