Description

The Portfolio Management Assistant (PMA) supports Investment Counsellors in managing private client portfolios, relationships, and meetings. This integral role on a small team involves producing financial plans, rebalancing portfolios according to investment policy statements, preparing and updating Investment Policy Statements, and proactively resolving client inquiries. The PMA also assists in constructing customized investment strategies, preparing proposals, entering trades as directed, and performing various administrative duties. The role requires strong knowledge in tax, financial planning, and portfolio management.
