PIA Client Service Associate

Description

This role involves providing specialized administrative support to an Investment Advisor or team within TD Private Wealth Management. The associate will assist with client documentation, report generation, client communication regarding products and services, lead management, marketing material preparation, and ensuring compliance. A key aspect is delivering high-quality client service and contributing to a positive customer experience, while also adhering to risk management policies.

What We're Looking For

Prepare documentation and updates for client meetings,Create reports for client account analysis,Communicate with customers for guidance on products and services,Identify and manage referral opportunities,Submit marketing materials for approval and maintain them,Adhere to compliance requirements for account documentation and marketing,Respond to client inquiries via phone, mail, and electronic channels,Deliver excellent client experience,Prioritize and manage own work with discretion,Adhere to all policies and procedures and maintain risk management,Continuously improve individual and team performance,Participate as a team member, share knowledge, and stay informed,Successful candidates must be licensed as an Investment Representative (IR) with the Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization (CIRO)

Ideal Candidate

Undergraduate degree or community college diploma preferred,1-2 years of relevant experience, ideally in banking, administrative roles, or related fields
