PIA Client Service Associate

Description

The PIA Client Service Associate at TD Private Wealth Management provides dedicated administrative and specialized support to an Investment Advisor or team of Advisors. This role involves preparing client meeting documentation, generating reports, communicating with clients on products and services, managing leads, handling marketing materials, and ensuring adherence to compliance requirements. The associate is expected to deliver a high level of client service and contribute to a positive customer experience.

What We're Looking For

Prepare documentation and provide updates to IAs for client meetings,Create reports for analysis of client accounts,Communicate with customers to provide mentorship on products and services and identify referral opportunities,Accept/create leads and ensure correct referral coding administration,Submit marketing pieces for approval, compile client information packages, maintain marketing materials,Become familiar with and adhere to compliance requirements regarding account documentation and marketing materials,Provide a high level of client service, responding to phone, mail, and electronic enquiries based on full-service brokerage knowledge,Deliver a 'gold standard' client experience at every interaction,Prioritize and manage own work, consistently exercising discretion,Adhere to all policies and procedures and maintain a culture and operation of risk management,Use insights to continually improve individual and team performance,Participate fully as a team member, improving knowledge and keeping others informed,Undergraduate degree or community college diploma preferred,Required to be licensed as an Investment Representative (IR) with the Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization (CIRO),1–2 years of relevant experience, ideally in banking, administrative roles, or related fields
