PIA Client Service Associate

Description

This role within TD Private Wealth Management involves providing specialized administrative and client service support to Investment Advisors or their teams. The associate will handle documentation, prepare for client meetings, create reports, communicate with clients regarding products and services, identify referral opportunities, manage marketing materials, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. The position focuses on delivering a high level of client service and maintaining strong customer relationships within a full-service brokerage environment.

What We're Looking For

Provide dedicated specialized administrative support to an Investment Advisor or team.

Correspond with clients and other branch staff.

Prepare documentation and provide updates to IAs for client meetings.

Create reports for client account analysis.

Communicate with customers to provide mentorship on products and services.

Identify referral opportunities and ensure correct referral coding administration.

Submit marketing pieces for approval and maintain marketing materials.

Adhere to compliance requirements, including new/existing account documentation.

Provide high-level client service, responding to phone, mail, and electronic enquiries.

Deliver a 'gold standard' client experience at every interaction.

Prioritize and handle own work, exercising discretion.

Adhere to all policies and procedures and maintain risk management.

Use insights to improve individual and team performance.

Participate as a team member, continually improving knowledge.

Ideal Candidate

Bilingual proficiency (English & French),

Undergraduate degree or community college diploma preferred,

Required to be licensed as an Investment Representative (IR) with the Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization (CIRO),

1–2 years of relevant experience, ideally in banking, administrative roles, or related fields,

Knowledge of wealth management and/or operations (asset),

Knowledge of investment products (asset)

Minimum Education
