PIA Client Service Associate

Description

The PIA Client Service Associate provides dedicated administrative support to an Investment Advisor or team, handling diverse assignments, communicating with clients, and assisting with client meetings and account analysis. This role is crucial for delivering a high level of client service and maintaining compliance in the wealth management sector at TD Private Investment Advice.

What We're Looking For

Prepare documentation and provide updates to Investment Advisors for client meetings.,Create reports for client account analysis.,Communicate with customers to provide mentorship on products and services, and identify referral opportunities.,Accept/create leads and ensure correct referral coding administration.,Submit marketing pieces for approval, compile client information packages, and maintain marketing materials.,Become familiar with and adhere to compliance requirements, including new/existing account documentation and marketing materials.,Provide high-level client service, responding to phone, mail, and electronic inquiries based on knowledge of full-service brokerage.,Deliver a 'gold standard' client experience at every interaction.,Prioritize and handle own work, consistently exercising discretion.,Adhere to all policies and procedures and maintain a culture and operation of risk management.,Use insights to continually improve individual and team performance.,Participate fully as a team member, continually improving knowledge and keeping others informed.,Be licensed as an Investment Representative (IR) with the Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization (CIRO).

Ideal Candidate

Undergraduate degree or community college diploma preferred.,Successful candidates will be required to be licensed as an Investment Representative (IR) with the Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization (CIRO).,1–2 years of relevant experience, ideally in banking, administrative roles, or related fields.
