Description

This role involves providing dedicated administrative and specialized support to an Investment Advisor (IA) or team within TD Private Wealth Management. Key responsibilities include preparing client meeting documentation, corresponding with clients and branch staff, and ensuring a high standard of client experience. The associate plays a crucial role in supporting the one-on-one relationship between clients and Investment Advisors to facilitate wealth planning and protection.

What We're Looking For

Provide dedicated specialized administrative support to an Investment Advisor or team.,Correspond with clients and other branch staff.,Prepare documentation and provide updates to IAs in preparation for client meetings.,Deliver a 'gold standard' client experience at every interaction.,Adhere to all policies and procedures and maintain a culture and operation of risk management.,Prioritize and handle own work and consistently exercise discretion.,Participate fully as a team member, continually improving knowledge.,Provide a high level of client service, including responding to phone, mail, and electronic enquiries based on knowledge of full-service brokerage.
