The associate is expected to adhere to policies and procedures, maintain risk management, and identify referral opportunities.

Undergraduate degree or community college diploma preferred,Required to be licensed as a Registered Representative (RR) with the Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization (CIRO),1–2 years of relevant experience, ideally in banking, administrative roles, or related fields,Knowledge of wealth management and/or operations is an asset,Knowledge of investment products is an asset,Personal Financial Planner (PFP) or Certified Financial Planner (CFP) desirable
