The Physical Security Specialist at Intelcom | Dragonfly supports maintaining a safe, resilient, and efficient environment across all company sites. This role involves protecting people, assets, and facilities through incident response, risk assessments, emergency preparedness, and operational security support, aligning with corporate standards. The specialist helps coordinate incident response, strengthens compliance, and provides guidance to ensure secure operations.
Act as the first responder to physical security breaches, incidents, and emergencies, ensuring rapid coordination of initial response actions.,Support implementation and enforce access control measures, including visitor management processes.,Manage issuance, revocation, and administration of access badges, alarms, and security permissions.,Conduct security audits, site inspections, and risk assessments across corporate offices, hubs, and field locations.,Ability to detect vulnerabilities and develop recommendations to mitigate security risks.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date security documentation, including but not limited to incident reports, audit results, equipment inventories, etc.,Serve as a local physical security risk management contact, promoting best practices, compliance, and continuous improvement.,Support department business continuity and assist team members strengthen the service quality and effectiveness.
3+ years of experience in physical security operations, loss prevention or a related field.,Experience supporting multi-site operations in environments such as logistics, warehousing, transportation, or supply chain is a strong asset.,Knowledge of physical security systems (CCTV, access control, alarm systems).,Familiarity with emergency preparedness and response protocols.,Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French.,Valid Private Security or Investigator License issued by the Bureau de la Sécurité Privée (BSP), in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.,Ability to work in industrial environments, including walking and traveling between sites.,Ability to manage digital files.,Valid driver’s license.
