Personal Banking Associate Trainee

Description

At TD Canada Trust, Personal Banking Associate Trainees build and maintain customer relationships by handling service transactions, providing advice on products and solutions, and identifying opportunities to promote services. They guide customers with financial queries, including new accounts and investment advice, and educate them on digital banking trends. The role also involves supporting the frontline team with transactions, resolving issues, and contributing to operational improvements while ensuring compliance.

What We're Looking For

Establish, build, and maintain impactful relationships with customers.

Guide customers to appropriate staff members for financial queries and banking needs (new accounts, investment advice, banking solutions).

Engage customers in day-to-day advice needs, service transactions, digital education, and problem resolution related to banking solutions.

Support the frontline team with cash and non-cash transactions.

Resolve critical issues and report non-standard matters to management.

Participate in completing business processes and procedures with accuracy and timeliness.

Recommend improvements to branch operations and processes.

Ensure all documentation is accurate, reflects business intentions, and complies with regulations and TD's Code of Conduct and Ethics.
