Description

This role at TD Canada Trust involves building strong customer relationships, performing customer service transactions, and providing advice on banking products and solutions. The Personal Banking Associate Trainee guides customers to appropriate staff for financial queries, new accounts, investment advice, and banking solutions, focusing on enhancing customer experience and promoting digital banking.

What We're Looking For

Engage with customers for daily advice, service transactions, and digital education on banking solutions.,Understand customer needs and guide them to appropriate contacts while maintaining confidentiality.,Educate customers on digital banking trends (mobile, ATM, online).,Support frontline staff with cash/non-cash transactions and resolve critical issues.,Recommend improvements for customer experience and operational excellence.,Ensure accurate and timely completion of business processes and documentation consistent with regulations and TD's Code of Conduct.,Promote team effectiveness, participate in personal development, and share industry knowledge.,Must be mobile within the Assigned District upon completion of training, potentially involving geographic relocation.

Ideal Candidate

High School diploma or 1+ years of relevant experience.,Investment Funds Canada (IFC) or equivalent certification (to be obtained post-appointment within 6 months).,Post-Secondary or Undergraduate degree (in a related field) preferred.
