Description

The Personal Banking Associate Trainee at TD Canada Trust focuses on building strong customer relationships, assisting with financial needs, and guiding clients to appropriate banking solutions. Responsibilities include managing customer service transactions, promoting products, educating on digital banking, supporting frontline operations, resolving issues, and contributing to overall branch efficiency and a positive work environment.

What We're Looking For

Engage customers for day-to-day advice, service transactions, digital education, and problem resolution related to banking solutions.,Understand customer needs and direct them to the correct contact for solutions, while handling confidential matters with discretion.,Educate customers on mobile, ATM, and online banking to build confidence in digital banking trends.,Support frontline staff with scheduled cash and non-cash transactions, resolve critical issues, and escalate non-standard matters.,Recommend improvements to work practices, branch operations, and processes to enhance customer experience.,Ensure timely and accurate completion of business processes and procedures.,Verify documentation accuracy, alignment with business intentions, and compliance with regulations and TD's Code of Conduct.,Foster a positive and equitable work environment by promoting team effectiveness, engaging in personal development, and sharing industry knowledge.

Ideal Candidate

High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience,Investment Funds Canada (IFC) or equivalent – post-appointment within 6 months,Post-Secondary or Undergraduate degree (in related field) preferred
