Description

The Personal Banking Associate Trainee at TD Bank focuses on building and maintaining customer relationships, assisting with financial needs, and guiding customers to appropriate banking solutions. This role involves processing transactions, resolving customer issues, educating on digital banking, and contributing to a positive customer experience and operational excellence within a branch office.

What We're Looking For

Engage customers in day-to-day advice needs, service transactions, and digital education.,Understand customer needs and guide them to the right contact person for solutions.,Build customer confidence in digital banking trends (mobile, ATM, online).,Support frontline staff with scheduled cash and non-cash transactions and resolve critical issues.,Recommend improvements to work practices and branch operations to enhance customer experience.,Ensure timely and accurate completion of business processes and procedures.,Ensure documentation is accurate and consistent with regulations and TD's Code of Conduct and Ethics.,Help build a positive work environment by promoting team effectiveness and sharing industry knowledge.,High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience.,Investment Funds Canada (IFC) or equivalent certification (post-appointment within 6 months).,Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), branch software, and internet.,Knowledge of banking solutions and processes.

Ideal Candidate

High School diploma or GED.,Post-secondary education or Undergraduate degree (in related field) preferred.,1+ years of relevant experience.,Investment Funds Canada (IFC) or equivalent (post-appointment within 6 months).
