Description

This role at TD Canada Trust involves acting as a Personal Banking Associate, responsible for building customer relationships, assisting with day-to-day banking needs, transactions, and digital education. The associate will guide customers to appropriate staff for complex financial queries, resolve issues, and promote banking solutions. They will also contribute to operational excellence within the branch and foster a positive work environment.

What We're Looking For

High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience,Investment Funds Canada (IFC) or equivalent – post-appointment within 6 months (post-appointment),Proficiency in using MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook), branch software and internet,Knowledge of banking solutions and processes to advise customers,Strong administration, organizational, planning and time management skills,Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment, handle multiple tasks and changing priorities,Effective influencer with a 'can-do' attitude,Strong communication and customer experience skills (verbal and written)

Ideal Candidate

High School diploma,Investment Funds Canada (IFC) or equivalent certification (post-appointment within 6 months),Post-Secondary or Undergraduate degree (in related field) preferred
