This is a foundational training position designed to develop the skills necessary to become a Personal Banking Associate. The role focuses on learning how to provide personalized financial advice, manage customer relationships, and execute banking transactions while completing a structured training program to understand TD's products and compliance standards.
Engage customers in conversation to identify financial needs and goals,Complete all required training modules and certifications within the designated timeframe,Process retail banking transactions accurately and efficiently,Contribute to team goals by referring customers to appropriate internal partners,Ensure all activities comply with regulatory requirements and bank policies,Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers effectively
Proven experience in a customer service or sales environment,Strong interest in the financial services industry,Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment,Successful completion of internal training program is a condition of employment
High School Diploma or equivalent (Post-secondary education preferred)
Full-time hours, including potential evenings and weekends based on branch needs
Must be willing to work flexible hours; Potential for rotation between branch locations within the region
