As a Personal Banking Associate Trainee at TD Canada Trust, you will be on the frontline, focusing on building strong, lasting customer relationships. This involves handling customer service transactions, providing information and advice on banking products and solutions, and identifying opportunities to promote services. You will guide customers with their financial needs, including new accounts, investment advice, and general banking solutions, ensuring a positive customer experience.
Engage customers in day-to-day advice needs, service transactions, digital education, and customer problem resolution related to banking solutions.,Guide customers to the appropriate staff member for resolving financial queries and banking needs.,Establish, build, and maintain impactful relationships with customers.,Promote team effectiveness and participate in personal performance development.,Be mobile within the Assigned District upon completion of the training program, potentially involving geographic relocation to another TD location within the assigned region.
