The Personal Banking Associate at TD Canada Trust focuses on building lasting customer relationships by addressing financial needs, offering advice on products and services, and guiding customers to appropriate specialists. What We're Looking For

High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience,Investment Funds Canada (IFC) or equivalent – post-appointment within 6 months,Post-Secondary or Undergraduate degree (in related field) preferred,Proficiency in using MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook), branch software and internet,Knowledge of banking solutions and processes to advise customers,Self-starter who works independently in a dynamic work environment,Strong administration, organizational, planning and time management skills,Dynamic, diligent, and effective influencer with a can-do attitude,Ability to exercise initiative and handle several tasks and changing priorities,Strong communicator with established customer experience skills,Ability to effectively connect, both verbally and in writing, with customers and related teams

Ideal Candidate
