Description

In this proactive customer-facing role, you will act as a primary point of contact for branch visitors, fostering strong relationships and providing tailored financial guidance. You will assist clients with their day-to-day banking needs, promote various financial products and services, and facilitate smooth transitions to specialized team members for complex inquiries. Additionally, you will champion digital banking solutions, helping customers navigate mobile and online platforms to enhance their overall banking experience.

What We're Looking For

Foster and maintain deep, long-lasting relationships with customers,Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate banking products or internal partners,Execute a variety of service transactions and provide accurate advice on financial solutions,Educate and assist customers with digital banking tools, including mobile apps and ATMs,Support frontline operations by handling scheduled cash and non-cash transactions,Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining confidentiality and regulatory compliance,Contribute to branch operational excellence by suggesting workflow improvements

Ideal Candidate

Investment Funds in Canada (IFC) or equivalent certification (must be obtained within 6 months of hire),Strong understanding of banking solutions and advisory processes,Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment,Excellent administrative and time-management capabilities

Minimum Education

High School Diploma (Post-Secondary or Undergraduate degree preferred)
