Create an exceptional customer experience with every interaction,Act as premier lobby leadership branch representative, greeting and engaging customers,Discover and advise on meeting/exceeding customer needs by asking curious questions,Train and educate customers on mobile, ATM, and online banking,Educate and promote TD Bank products and services (Everyday Banking, personal unsecured lending),Point of contact for all customer problems, ensuring timely resolution and escalation,Assist with maintaining a professional and inviting space in common branch areas,Support the frontline with cash and non-cash transactions,Contribute to business objectives by identifying advice opportunities and referrals,Promote full suite of products, advice, services and banking capabilities,Understand and apply operating policies and procedures for Operational Excellence,Support timely and accurate completion of business processes and procedures,Escalate non-standard or high-risk transactions/activities as necessary,Ensure documentation is accurate, reflects customer/business intentions, and complies with regulations,Support and participate in process improvement opportunities,Ensure due diligence for accuracy of customer transactions/activities,Comply with Bank Code of Conduct,Participate fully as a team member, supporting a positive work environment,Continuously enhance knowledge/expertise and participate in knowledge transfer,Participate in personal performance management and development activities, including cross-training,Keep others informed about projects and day-to-day activities,Contribute to a fair, positive, and equitable diverse environment,Act as a brand ambassador for the business area/function and the bank
