Personal Banking Associate - Lachine (Part Time 18.75h)

Description

This role at TD Canada Trust involves building strong customer relationships by handling service transactions, providing information and advice on banking services, products, and solutions. The associate will understand customer needs, identify opportunities to promote products, and direct clients to appropriate team members while ensuring a positive client experience. Key responsibilities include engaging in conversations about financial needs, guiding clients to relevant solutions, promoting digital banking options, and supporting frontline staff with operations and problem resolution.

What We're Looking For

Engage in conversations with clients regarding advice needs, routine banking transactions, digital service information, and problem-solving related to banking solutions.,Understand client needs and direct them to the appropriate person for relevant solutions, exercising good judgment for confidential matters.,Instill confidence in clients regarding new digital banking options, including mobile banking, ATMs, and online banking.,Support frontline staff with planned operations, whether or not related to treasury; resolve major issues and report exceptions to management.,Recommend improvements to work practices, branch operations, and processes to enhance client experience and achieve operational excellence.,Participate in the accurate and timely use of business processes and procedures.,Ensure prepared documents are accurate, reflect business intentions, and comply with relevant regulations and the TD Code of Conduct and Professional Ethics.,Contribute to creating a positive and equitable work environment by promoting team effectiveness, participating in individual performance and development, and sharing industry knowledge to achieve a common goal.

Ideal Candidate

High school diploma and/or at least one year of relevant experience.,Investment Funds in Canada (FIC) course or equivalent – within 6 months of appointment.,Post-secondary diploma or undergraduate degree (in a related field) – an asset.
