Description
The Personal Banker Trainee at TD Canada Trust is responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships by advising on high-level financial solutions, including investment and credit banking. This role involves engaging with customers to understand their financial goals, providing personalized advice, and identifying opportunities to promote suitable products and services to enhance their financial confidence. The trainee will also handle customer service transactions, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience while adhering to regulatory guidelines.
What We're Looking For
Advise customers on a range of investment and credit banking solutions.,Engage with customers to create positive experiences and deepen relationships.,Provide personalized financial advice, answer questions, and address concerns while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.,Act as a point of contact for frontline staff in handling customer problems.,Maintain professional space in common areas according to marketing and regulatory guidelines.,Conduct financial reviews, discuss portfolio updates, and suggest personalized solutions.,Stay knowledgeable about emerging issues, evolving regulations, and industry codes of conduct.,Participate in process improvement opportunities to protect organizational interests.,Strive to achieve and improve service level agreements and productivity targets.,Ensure documents are prepared consistently with relevant regulations.,Participate as a team member, foster a positive and diverse work environment, and assist/mentor others.
Ideal Candidate
Completion of IFIC or equivalent required.,CFSA must be completed within 12 months, if hired.,Real estate secured lending and/or investment experience an asset.
