Description

The Personal Banker Trainee at TD Canada Trust is responsible for building strong customer relationships by providing financial advice, promoting products and services, and assisting customers in achieving their financial goals. This role involves offering high-level financial solutions, conducting financial reviews, and ensuring a positive customer experience while adhering to regulatory guidelines and participating in team collaboration.

What We're Looking For

High school diploma and/or 1 year of relevant experience,Post-Secondary or Undergraduate degree in related field is an asset,Completion of IFIC or equivalent required,CFSA must be completed within 12 months, if hired,Real estate secured lending and/or investment experience an asset,Sound knowledge of advanced investing and credit processes, banking solutions and concepts,Proficiency in software tools including MS Office, and internet applications,Tactful communicator able to exchange ideas and customer information in a concise and logical way,A self-initiator with strong organizational, planning and time management skills,Mobility within the assigned district is a condition of employment
