As a Personal Banker at CIBC, you will be an integral part of the Personal and Business Banking team, operating within a dynamic Banking Center. Your primary role involves building and nurturing client relationships, understanding their financial and personal aspirations, and delivering customized services and solutions to support their financial growth. You will leverage your expertise in cash management, credit, investment, and wealth protection, and actively engage in marketing and outreach to strengthen community ties and expand your professional network. Additionally, you will be responsible for educating clients on mobile banking technologies to enhance their banking experience. The role emphasizes a client-first approach, goal orientation, attention to detail, a passion for building relationships, and continuous learning.

What We're Looking For

Meet with clients to understand personal and business priorities, advise on solutions, and provide financial plans.,Use knowledge of cash management, credit, investment, and wealth protection.,Engage in marketing and outreach activities to build and deepen client relationships.,Grow network and connect clients to appropriate resources.,Introduce clients to mobile banking applications and help them manage banking needs.,Cash handling and banking experience.,Experience as a teller or in a similar role handling cash transactions, balancing tills, and providing exceptional client service.,Comfortable managing cash flow, processing deposits and withdrawals, and ensuring accuracy.,Demonstrate 1 year experience in working with clients and achieving sales results.

40 hours/week, Monday to Friday 8:00am-7:00pm CT and Saturday 8:00am-1:00pm CT (flexible)
