Description

The Personal Banker at TD Canada Trust is a customer-facing role focused on building lasting relationships with clients by assisting them with a range of financial transactions, products, and services. This role involves understanding customer needs, identifying opportunities to offer suitable products, providing financial planning advice, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

What We're Looking For

Advise customers on various investment and credit banking solutions.,Engage with customers through thoughtful financial questions to build and deepen relationships.,Provide personalized financial advice, answer questions, and address concerns while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.,Act as a point of contact for frontline staff regarding customer issues.,Maintain professional appearance of common areas according to guidelines.,Conduct financial reviews and discuss portfolio updates with customers, suggesting personalized solutions.,Stay updated on industry regulations, codes of conduct, and participate in process improvements.,Achieve and improve service level agreements and productivity targets.,Ensure consistent and accurate document preparation in line with regulations and business intentions.,Contribute as a team member, foster a positive and diverse work environment, and assist/mentor colleagues.

Ideal Candidate

High school diploma and/or 1 year of relevant experience.,Post-Secondary or Undergraduate degree in related field is an asset.,Completion of IFIC or equivalent required.,CFSA must be completed within 12 months, if hired.,Real estate secured lending and/or investment experience an asset.
