Description

This role at TD Canada Trust focuses on building deep and lasting relationships with customers by providing comprehensive financial advice, information on products and services, and solutions to help them achieve their financial goals. Responsibilities include engaging with customers, performing service transactions, offering digital education, resolving banking-related problems, and identifying opportunities to refer customers to appropriate banking partners to ensure a positive customer experience.

What We're Looking For

Engage customers in day-to-day advice needs, service transactions, digital education, and customer problem resolution related to banking solutions.,Guide customers to the appropriate staff member for resolving financial queries and banking needs, including new accounts, investment advice, and banking solutions.,Strive to achieve and improve service level agreements and productivity targets.,Ensure documents are prepared consistent with relevant regulations and in a way properly reflecting business intentions.

Ideal Candidate

High school diploma and/or 1 year of relevant experience.,Post-Secondary or Undergraduate degree in a related field is an asset.,Completion of IFIC or equivalent required.,CFSA must be completed within 12 months, if hired.,Real estate secured lending and/or investment experience an asset.,Sound knowledge of advanced investing and credit processes, banking solutions, and concepts.
