Identify customer life events and financial goals to provide relevant advice,Promote and sell personal banking products including credit, investments, and daily banking solutions,Conduct proactive outbound calling to existing and potential customers,Collaborate with branch partners to ensure seamless customer referrals,Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets,Ensure all transactions and advice comply with regulatory standards and internal procedures
Proven experience in personal banking or financial services,Strong track record in sales and meeting performance metrics,Knowledge of personal lending and investment products,Commitment to professional development and continuous learning in the financial sector
Post-Secondary degree or equivalent work experience
37.5 hours/week
Must be flexible to work branch hours which may include evenings and weekends
