The role of a Personal Banker at TD Canada Trust involves building strong customer relationships by providing excellent service, advice on financial products and solutions, and promoting customer loyalty. This position focuses on understanding customer financial needs, offering personalized financial planning advice, and achieving investment returns.

What We're Looking For

Advise customers on high-level financial solutions, including investment and credit banking solutions.,Engage with customers to create positive experiences and deepen relationships by asking thoughtful financial questions.,Increase customer financial confidence through personalized advice, answering questions, and addressing concerns while maintaining confidentiality.,Act as a point of contact for frontline staff in handling customer problems.,Maintain professional common areas according to marketing and regulatory guidelines.,Provide financial reviews and suggest personalized solutions to existing and prospective customers.,Stay informed on emerging issues, evolving regulations, and industry codes of conduct; participate in process improvement.,Strive to achieve and improve service level agreements and productivity targets.,Ensure documents are prepared consistent with relevant regulations.,Participate as a team member, foster a positive and diverse work environment, assist and mentor others, and address communication issues.,High school diploma and/or 1 year of relevant experience.,Completion of IFIC or equivalent required.,CFSA must be completed within 12 months, if hired.,Sound knowledge of advanced investing and credit processes, banking solutions, and concepts.,Proficiency in software tools including MS Office and internet applications.,Tactful communicator able to exchange ideas and customer information concisely.,Self-initiator with strong organizational, planning, and time management skills.

Ideal Candidate

High school diploma and/or 1 year of relevant experience.,Post-Secondary or Undergraduate degree in related field is an asset.,Completion of IFIC or equivalent required.,CFSA must be completed within 12 months, if hired.,Real estate secured lending and/or investment experience an asset.
