Description

The role of a Personal Banker at TD Canada Trust involves building customer relationships, providing financial advice on investment and credit banking solutions, and promoting customer loyalty. The individual will engage with customers, offer personalized financial guidance, and ensure a positive customer experience by addressing concerns and maintaining confidentiality. They will also provide financial reviews, portfolio updates, and suggest additional solutions, while staying informed on industry regulations and participating in process improvements.

What We're Looking For

Advise customers on high-level financial solutions from available investment and credit banking solutions.,Engage with customers to create positive experiences, retain, and deepen relationships.,Increase customer financial confidence by providing personalized advice and addressing concerns.,Act as a point of contact for frontline staff in handling customer problems.,Maintain professional space in common areas.,Work closely with customers for financial reviews, portfolio updates, and personalized solutions.,Stay knowledgeable about emerging issues, regulations, and industry codes of conduct.,Strive to achieve and improve service level agreements and productivity targets.,Ensure documents are prepared consistent with relevant regulations.,Participate as a team member, help build a positive and diverse work environment, willingly assist and mentor others in the completion of work activities, and address communication issues efficiently.

Ideal Candidate

High school diploma and/or 1 year of relevant experience.,Post-Secondary or Undergraduate degree in related field is an asset.,Completion of IFIC or equivalent required.,CFSA must be completed within 12 months, if hired.,Real estate secured lending and/or investment experience an asset.,Sound knowledge of advanced investing and credit processes, banking solutions and concepts.,Proficiency in software tools including MS Office, and internet application.
